Barnabus is trying to escape his name and his blue collar roots. His parents named him Barnabus Collins after a TV vampire. His rich girlfriend Lani is trying to escape her privileged past so she slums it with local scooter punks. When two scooter punks push Barnabus in the wrong direction he's sent down a path of chaos. Lani's wealthy mom Evelyn has her daughter help her kick medical marijuana. Paul and punk buddy live in the gutter, yet become obsessed with expensive ladies soap. The diner manager is recruiting soldiers for his brainwashed army of misguided youth. Lani's bisexual friend will do anything to get down Lani's pants. Southern Californian outcasts barely living on the edge of normalcy. As Barnabus searches for greener grass his path leads everyone around him spinning.
